Meet The Director, Miss Julie!

Julie Kenagy, "Miss Julie", was one of Kristi's first hires in 1997. She taught in the Red Room for 3 years, where her love, fun attitude, and teaching abilities brought smiles and laughter to many children and families.

Julie left Building Blocks when she had her first baby. Four grown children later and more Early Childhood college classes under her belt, she stepped back into our hearts and took over the Directors seat.

Building Blocks prides itself on its wonderful staff!

The low teacher turnover is what helps to keep the family atmosphere so strong. Each teacher brings their own variety of experience, knowledge and loving care to further enhance our program.

The Staff continues to perfect their knowledge of Early Childhood with educational workshops throughout the year.

At Building Blocks, the teachers, together with the Director, work with families as a team to help the children grow, develop, learn, and build high self-esteem in these important early years of childhood.
