The curriculum in the Pre-Kindergarten is the most structured of all the classrooms.  This is the final year to prepare your child for the challenges of Kindergarten.  Everything we have taught your child up to this point has given them the foundations needed to accomplish the tasks needed for Kindergarten Readiness Skills. 

Building Blocks offers two pre-kindergarten classrooms. The two classrooms work closely together in learning pre-reading, pre-writing, and pre-math skills.  The two pre-kindergarten classrooms are called The Red Rooom and The Yellow Room. When the two classrooms are  working together,  we call them the The Orange Room.

 While continuously preparing your child pre-academically, socialization and high self-esteem are still the most important part of our curriculum.  Our ultimate goal is for ALL children to leave Building Blocks with lasting friendships and feeling good about themselves and the world around them!
